I called Dollar Plumbing on Sunday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend) for an emergency job I needed completing asap. I was surprised that the phone was answered quickly and the person assisting me with an appointment was very friendly and able to get me in the next morning at 7am. The plumber came out and fixed my broken pipe. The outside pipe hose bib that lead into the house broke inside the house and he fixed it quickly. He explained the scope of work throughly including the amount of stucco that would have to be removed. He was very clean with his work proving me recommendations on how to keep the shut on/off safe so the problem wouldn’t happen again. Overall very pleased.
We live in Pleasanton and have used Al for several plumbing needs over the past few years. Most recently we had an emergency late on a Saturday night when one of our shower faucets froze open. We had to turn off our water supply to the whole house to get it to stop. We called Al and he came over in 30 mins and fixed it. Great service at a very reasonable price! We totally trust Al and his professional staff. Highly recommended.
